Who We Are
Heart to Heart
The Happy Hearts Foundation is dedicated to supporting those affected by heart disease, cardiovascular illness, and many other medical conditions. Our mission focuses on raising funds, increasing awareness, advocating for, and supporting individuals dealing with various heart conditions while donating both patient and caregiver bags to medical centers near and far. We aim to memorialize and immortalize the memory of two amazing human beings, Carmine Bonomo and RoseMarie Bonomo. We hope to spread the joy they had in their lives across the world. Through our work in assisting those who need it most, paired with a true passion for making a difference, we aim to empower and help individuals and families impacted by issues near and dear to our hearts.
Our Inspiration
In Memory of Carmine and RoseMarie Bonomo
These are my grandparents. My grandfather, Carmine Bonomo died of a heart attack on September 6, 2000. My grandmother, Rosemarie, lived without him for 20 years before she passed away from Pancreatic Cancer on November 26, 2020. It is my goal to encapsulate their lives and share their memory through my efforts to help people with heart disease across the world.
