ABOUT THE HAPPY HEARTS FOUNDATION
The Happy Hearts Foundation is a New Jersey-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in memory of Carmine and Rosemarie Bonomo. Established to bring comfort, compassion, and hope to those facing illness and hardship, our mission is to support patients, caregivers, and families through meaningful acts of kindness and community outreach. Through service, generosity, and human connection, we strive to make a lasting difference in the lives of others.
At The Happy Hearts Foundation, we focus on uplifting individuals during some of life’s most difficult moments through compassion-driven outreach and service. Our Carebag Program provides thoughtfully assembled bags for hospital patients and healthcare workers filled with comfort items, activities, and handwritten notes to bring encouragement and support during challenging times. Through our work, we strive to spread kindness, teach compassion, and honor the legacy of those who inspired our foundation.
